The computer or device you are using is provided and managed by iCodeSchool Alpharetta. These devices are intended for:- Classes and instruction

iCodeSchool may configure, update, reset, restrict, replace, or otherwise modify managed devices when necessary for security, maintenance, troubleshooting, inventory, or operational purposes.

You should not expect personal privacy when using an iCodeSchool-owned or iCodeSchool-managed computer, account, or network. iCodeSchool may process technical information and activity information associated with the operation, security, maintenance, and administration of its technology environment. 5. Restricted activities

An instructor may authorize access to a normally restricted website or service when access is genuinely required for a class, assignment, project, or other approved activity.
Games and entertainment
Do not use iCodeSchool devices for:- Personal gaming
- Unauthorized game launchers
- Streaming entertainment unrelated to iCodeSchool activities
- Cryptocurrency mining
- Other activities unrelated to authorized iCodeSchool work
Unauthorized software
Do not install or use software, browser extensions, scripts, or other tools without authorization. This includes software designed to:- Circumvent security controls
- Modify device-management settings
- Bypass web filtering
- Obtain unauthorized administrator access
- Establish unauthorized remote access
6. Security and filtering
You must not attempt to bypass, disable, interfere with, or defeat iCodeSchool security controls. Examples include:- VPNs used to bypass restrictions
- Proxies
- Unauthorized DNS services
- Tunnels
- Browser-based bypass services
- Booting unauthorized operating systems
- Unauthorized administrator accounts
- Other methods intended to evade security or monitoring controls
7. Accounts and credentials
Your iCodeSchool account and credentials must be protected. You must not:- Share your password with other users.
- Use another person’s account.
- Attempt to obtain another person’s credentials.
- Bypass authentication or multi-factor authentication.
- Access another person’s files or information without authorization.
- Leave an authenticated account accessible to another user.

8. Files, downloads, and software
iCodeSchool devices should not be used as personal storage. Do not download or store:- Pirated or illegally obtained material
- Malware
- Unauthorized software
- Large collections of personal media
- Content that violates iCodeSchool policies
Important: iCodeSchool does not guarantee the preservation of personal files stored on managed devices.
9. Respectful and lawful behavior
Technology must not be used to:- Harass, threaten, or bully another person
- Access another person’s information without authorization
- Distribute malware
- Commit fraud or impersonation
- Damage or disrupt systems
- Violate copyright or other intellectual-property rights
- Access illegal content
- Conduct unauthorized security testing
- Violate applicable laws or iCodeSchool policies
10. Security incidents
Report security problems as soon as possible. Examples include:Account problems
Suspicious login activity, compromised passwords, or unauthorized access.
Device problems
Lost or stolen devices, malware, suspicious software, or unexpected security warnings.
Information exposure
Accidental disclosure of sensitive, confidential, or personal information.
Security concerns
Any activity that appears to compromise the security of an iCodeSchool system.
Reporting a security issue promptly helps iCodeSchool protect you, other users, and its technology environment.
11. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in restrictions or loss of access to iCodeSchool technology. Depending on the circumstances, iCodeSchool may take actions including:- Restricting or suspending device access

- Restricting an account
- Notifying a parent or guardian when applicable
